Avisha Film gaat zorgvuldig om met jouw gegevens. Hieronder staat precies wat er wordt verwerkt, waarom, en hoe lang.
Wie zijn wij

Welke gegevens verzamelen we
Alleen wat je zelf invult in het contactformulier of meestuurt per mail of WhatsApp:
- je naam;
- je e-mailadres;
- het onderwerp en, als je die invult, de datum van je opdracht;
- de inhoud van je bericht.
Die gegevens gebruiken we uitsluitend om je vraag te beantwoorden en, als het tot een opdracht komt, om die uit te voeren en te factureren. We verkopen ze niet en gebruiken ze niet voor reclame.
Cookies en meetsoftware
Deze website plaatst geen trackingcookies en gebruikt geen bezoekersstatistieken zoals Google Analytics. Daarom zie je ook geen cookiemelding.
Wel slaat je browser twee kleine, functionele voorkeuren lokaal op je eigen apparaat op: je taalkeuze (Nederlands of Engels) en of je de openingsanimatie al hebt gezien. Die gegevens verlaten je apparaat niet en zijn niet naar jou herleidbaar.
Externe partijen
Alle beelden, lettertypes en scripts worden vanaf deze website zelf geladen. Er gaat dus geen informatie over jouw bezoek naar Google, Meta of andere derden zolang je rondkijkt.
Op de portfoliopagina staat één uitzondering. De filmposters staan op onze eigen server, maar zodra je een film aanklikt wordt de speler van Vimeo geladen en krijgt Vimeo je IP-adres te zien. Dat gebeurt pas op dat moment, nooit daarvoor, en we zetten de speler op "do not track", waardoor Vimeo geen volgcookies plaatst. Klik je niets aan, dan blijft je bezoek volledig binnen deze site. Hetzelfde geldt voor links naar Instagram, Vimeo of Facebook: vanaf het moment dat je klikt geldt het privacybeleid van die partij.
We werken met deze verwerkers:
- Netlify — hosting van de website en verwerking van het contactformulier. Netlify legt in serverlogs standaard technische gegevens vast, waaronder je IP-adres, om de site te kunnen leveren en te beveiligen.
- Vimeo — alleen als je op de portfoliopagina een film afspeelt, zoals hierboven beschreven.
Hoe lang bewaren we het
Berichten via het contactformulier bewaren we maximaal twee jaar na het laatste contact, tenzij er een opdracht uit voortkomt. In dat geval geldt voor de administratie de wettelijke bewaartermijn van zeven jaar.
Beeldmateriaal van opdrachten
Films en foto's die tijdens een opdracht worden gemaakt, worden alleen op deze website, op sociale media of in portfolio gebruikt na jouw toestemming. Die toestemming kun je altijd intrekken; laat het weten en het materiaal wordt verwijderd.
Jouw rechten
Je mag altijd opvragen welke gegevens we van je hebben, ze laten corrigeren of laten verwijderen. Stuur daarvoor een mail naar avisha@live.nl; je krijgt binnen vier weken antwoord. Ben je het niet eens met de afhandeling, dan kun je een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Beveiliging
De website werkt volledig over een beveiligde verbinding (HTTPS). Formulierinzendingen worden versleuteld verstuurd en zijn alleen toegankelijk voor Avisha Film.

Avisha Film handles your data carefully. Below is exactly what is processed, why, and for how long.
Who we are

What data we collect
Only what you enter yourself in the contact form, or send by email or WhatsApp:
- your name;
- your email address;
- the subject and, if you fill it in, the date of your booking;
- the content of your message.
We use this solely to answer your question and, if it leads to a booking, to carry it out and invoice it. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no tracking cookies and uses no visitor analytics such as Google Analytics. That is why there is no cookie banner.
Your browser does store two small functional preferences locally on your own device: your language choice (Dutch or English) and whether you have already seen the opening animation. That data never leaves your device and cannot be traced back to you.
Third parties
All imagery, fonts and scripts are served from this website itself. No information about your visit is sent to Google, Meta or other third parties while you browse.
There is one exception, on the portfolio page. The film stills are hosted on our own server, but the moment you click a film, Vimeo's player loads and Vimeo sees your IP address. This happens only at that point, never before, and we set the player to "do not track", so Vimeo places no tracking cookies. If you click nothing, your visit stays entirely within this site. The same applies to links to Instagram, Vimeo or Facebook: from the moment you click, that party's privacy policy applies.
We work with the following processors:
- Netlify — website hosting and contact form processing. Netlify records standard technical data in server logs, including your IP address, in order to deliver and secure the site.
- Vimeo — only when you play a film on the portfolio page, as described above.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept for a maximum of two years after the last contact, unless a booking results from it. In that case the statutory retention period of seven years applies to our administration.
Footage from bookings
Films and photographs made during a booking are only used on this website, on social media or in a portfolio with your permission. You can withdraw that permission at any time; let us know and the material will be removed.
Your rights
You may always request which data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Send an email to avisha@live.nl; you will receive a reply within four weeks. If you disagree with how your request is handled, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Security
The website runs entirely over a secure connection (HTTPS). Form submissions are sent encrypted and are accessible only to Avisha Film.
